Who We Are
H.E.R. Wings Unfold is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women heal from the devastating impact of another’s abuse, addiction, adultery, or abandonment. We offer trauma-informed support through our TS-12 Anon program, future healing-centered courses, advocacy, and plans for emergency housing and case management. Currently applying for 501(c)(3) status, we are laying the foundation to expand our mission and bring lasting change to women and children in crisis.
Advocacy & Solutions
Our advocacy efforts focus on expanding access to emergency housing, reforming family court systems to better protect victims, and strengthening trauma-informed services across communities. We believe in elevating survivor voices and working alongside policymakers, service providers, and grassroots leaders to build safer, more just systems of support.
The REVOLUTION of Trauma-Sensitive 12-Steps
Our trauma-sensitive 12-Step program, TS-12 Anon is specially designed for those who have experienced the devastation of another’s abuse, addiction, adultery and/ or abandonment. (4-A behavior). It’s a fresh take on the 12 steps and how to heal for those who have experienced another’s abuse, addiction, adultery and/ or abandonment.
Relational Trauma SOS Podcast
The Relational Trauma SOS Podcast offers compassionate conversations and empowering insights for those healing from abuse, addiction, adultery, or abandonment. Produced by H.E.R. Wings Unfold, each episode is a space for survivors to find validation, hope, and connection.

We welcome contact regarding issues that affect those in the population that we serve.
